RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Worn accepts returns for all full priced items within 14 days of the purchase for store credit only. This means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. Worn has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products washed or worn will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees are customers responsibility.
If you wish to make a return, please e-mail orders@worntobeworn.com with your order number in the subject line. We will send you the return instructions.
If items are returned to us without first requesting a return, the return will not be accepted.
Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once received. All sales are final on sale items; returns are not accepted on sale items under any circumstances.
Upon return of your item, we will email you a gift card for the amount of the store credit. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS & SHIPPING ERRORS
All items are inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, please notify the day of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it.
Note that we do not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
